Development Audit – Is your development program is floundering? Build upon your strengths and fill in the gaps with a complete evaluation of the development practices, tools and culture of your organization, recommended strategies to implement short and long term, a recommended annual tactical plan and a series of coaching sessions to assist in implementing the plan.

We will work with your board and staff to:

• Evaluate the development practices of the organization including board and staff support of the process
• Evaluate the organizational calendar, services and visibility for opportunities for additional outreach and cultivation
• Evaluate the messaging, materials and tools such as web and social media sites, letter copy, brochures and presentations used for cultivating and engaging new and renewing donors
• Evaluate the administrative systems in place to track and acknowledge donors
• Develop an overall report including our findings, an overview of development trends and best practices and short and long term recommendations for your development program
